Reach the VisaFree team — corrections to visa data get priority.
The best way to reach the VisaFree team is by email:
We read every message. What you write about decides how fast we can act, so the notes below tell you what to include for each kind of request.
Reporting a data error — highest priority
Data corrections are prioritized above everything else. If a passport–destination entry in the checker looks wrong, please include:
- the passport and destination,
- what the checker shows vs. what you believe is correct, and
- a link to the official source (immigration ministry, e-Visa portal, or embassy page).
Official sources beat anecdotes: a government page we can verify lets us fix the row the same day. If a rule changed recently — visa waivers shift constantly — tell us the date you saw it take effect.
What we can’t help with
We can’t adjudicate individual cases or recommend whether you’ll be admitted — only the destination’s authorities can. For personal eligibility questions, contact the embassy or consulate of the country you’re visiting; the Official source link on every destination row goes straight to the right portal. Airline check-in disputes belong to the carrier and to IATA Timatic, which your airline can query directly.
Everything else
- Site feedback and feature ideas — welcome; tell us what would make the checker more useful.
- Press, research or data reuse — fine to quote the site with a link back; email if you need anything beyond that.
- Privacy requests — we don’t run user accounts, but the privacy policy explains what little data exists and how to reach us about it.
We aim to answer within a few days; corrections with an official source usually get a same-week fix and a reply confirming the change.
